  • For Permanent Residents: Residents of eligible countries who are not citizens can apply through the Saudi Embassy in their country of residence.
  • Additional Options: Pakistani passport holding valid U.S. UK, Japan Schengen visas with one mature trip may also get VOA- Visa on arrival for a Saudi tourist visa via the Saudi Embassy or upon arrival. (This service may change please must check it before travel.)

  • COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements
    : Travelers must have received two doses of approved vaccines (AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson). Those vaccinated with Sinopharm or Sinovac require an additional dose of an approved vaccine.

Is there a limit to the number of times I can perform Umrah?

There is no limit to the number of times you can perform Umrah. It is a wonderful opportunity to express your devotion to Allah and seek His forgiveness.

After completing your Umrah, you have various transport options available, including taxis, buses, or the Al Haramain train for convenient travel.

What should I do if I get lost during Tawaf or Sa'i?

If you find yourself lost during Tawaf or Sa’i, remain calm. Seek assistance from a staff member, or follow the directional signs that guide you towards the Kaaba.

How much time is needed to complete my Umrah?

The time required to complete Umrah can vary from person to person. However, on average, it usually takes around 2 to 3 hours to perform the Tawaf and Sa’i rituals.

If you have spare time, you can visit the licensed factory that extracts Zamzam water, or you can directly buy it from the King Abdullah Zamzam Water Distribution Center.

Is it possible to take Zamzam water home?

Yes, you are allowed to take Zamzam water with you. However, there are limits to the amount you can carry. Each person is permitted to bring up to 5 liters of Zamzam water.

Where can I board the train to Madinah?

You can board the Al Haramain train to Madinah at the Makkah Station, which is the designated train station for this route.

How to Schedule a Visit to Al Rawdah Al Sharifah?

To visit Al Rawdah Al Sharifah, a permit is required as per the Ministry of Hajj’s guidelines. Follow these steps to book your appointment:

  1. Step 1: Download the Nusuk app.
  2. Step 2: Choose your preferred language and select whether you are a citizen or visitor.
  3. Step 3: Enter your personal details. For citizens, include the Iqama number. If you’re a Umrah passenger or visitor, provide your visa number, passport number, date of birth, country, nationality, mobile number, code, and email address.
